Service-Telecom, one of the largest independent wireless telecommunication infrastructure operators, announces its acquisition of two regional tower companies — Opora Telecom and Dacha na svyazi.

The transaction involves 100% of both companies. New acquisitions assume the increase of the Service-telecom portfolio and strong leadership position in the Russian tower market.

Opora Telecom and Dacha na svyazi manage more than 500 sites located in the Central Federal District (the Voronezh, Penza, and Belgorod regions) and the North-West of Russia (St. Petersburg and the Leningrad region).

The total portfolio of Service-Telecom following the acquisitions is more than 19,100 sites. Gazprombank acted as an exclusive financial partner in both transactions.
